Fateh Chand Ki Kachori

If you love Kachori than you must visit this place @ Civil Lines New Delhi. The Delhi Street food vendor is famous for selling kachoris and mutter kulchas which is different from other Kachori  wala. Because this vendor do not use to serve kachori with sabzi or chutni but it use to serve with mutter. This is innovative thing which this guy has done with the kachori. The best part of this kachori is that it is oil free & garlic free and he use to serve around 11 type of spices in his chhole. The preparation of chole is being done in front of you and the kachori is super crispy. The kachori is being served with amchur chutney, onions, ginger ,sweet chutney, a secret masala, coriander, Chole &  with some lemon. Late Shri Fateh Chand started selling delicious kachoris in a bicycle, and mutter kulchas in 1951, now their grandsons are managing his famous kachori venture. Though there is no sitting arrangement, yet one can spot a fairly large number of people especially college students and locals waiting patiently for this delicious hot and spicy kachoris and choley kulcha. Delhi Food Walks has rated them as Best Kachoris in town.
